Incident Report for Eway System Status
Resolved
eWAY has been alerted to an issue in the Mastercard Payment Gateway Services, which affected transactions processed through Commonwealth Bank Merchant facilities. This issue may have impacted transactions between 11.15 AEST and 11.25 AEST, resulting in transactions failing with a W1 or W9 response code and transactions were not processed. This issue is now resolved, and any failed transactions can be attempted again.
