eWAY wish to advise merchants and partners of scheduled maintenance activity as follows:

Environment: Production
Date: Sunday, 11th November
Time: 08:00 - 10:00 (AEDT)
Impact: Payment processing will continue as normal throughout the 2 hour change window, however there will be four brief interruptions at scheduled maintenance points

Services: The following service will be impacted during these intervals:

API's - Rapid API, Legacy API, Manual MYeWAY Transaction

During these maintenance points only, transactions may not work until the change has been applied. These attempts will not be queued and have to be resubmitted
