Intermittent Transaction Processing issue

eWAY experienced an intermittent transaction processing issue via our Rapid between 8:31PM - 9:39PM causing some transactions to fail. Transactions that have failed with not have processed and will need to be re-attempted. This issue has now been resolved and all requests are processing as normal. If you are still having issues processing payments, please contact eWAY Customer Care on 1800 24 55 70.
