Eway would like to advise our merchants of upcoming maintenance by a key upstream provider of our Gateway services.

When: Sunday 24th July 2022 between 02:00 and 06:00 AEST.
Impact: We have been advised of an expected downtime of 2.5 hours during this change window. During this maintenance period, any transactions routed to this provider will fail until planned maintenance is completed.
Why: Our provider needs to complete an upgrade to their application software and infrastructure which unfortunately requires an outage

Not all Eway merchants will be impacted. This will impact you if your merchant services provider (not your bank account) is with one of the following banks;
ANZ (Australia and New Zealand)
Bank of South Australia
BankWest
CitiBank
JPMorgan Chase
Macquarie Bank
National Australia Bank
St George Bank
Westpac (Australia only)

Note: If you are using Eway’s all in one merchant services you will not be impacted by this change.

We appreciate your understanding as our upstream partner completes this necessary maintenance. Please note this may also impact other online gateways using the same upstream provider.
