An issue was identified this morning connecting to an underwriting vendor for our Fraud services. This resulted in transactions processed via the Fraud Essentials and Fraud Ultimate tools to immediately challenge or block depending on your Fraud settings.

This issue impacted transactions between 7:40am to 10:10am AEDT.

The issue is now resolved and should not impact any further transactions. Transactions challenged or blocked during this window will not have undergone Fraud checks and should be reviewed manually before completing any orders.
