Good evening

Eway wish to advise of a service disruption experienced this evening from an upstream payment partner that has impacted some card transactions via Rapid API. The issue has now been resolved, however some transactions processed via MasterCard Payment Gateway will have errored with W1 or W9 error codes. Our monitoring confirms that the issue has been resolved as of 8:20 this evening and we are currently following up with our partner to understand the root cause.
