eWAY wish to advise merchants and partners of scheduled maintenance activity as follows:

Environment: Sandbox
Date: Tues, 12th March
Time: 5:30PM - 8:30PM (AEDT)
Impact: Sandbox MYeWAY, Sandbox Rapid API Payments, Sandbox Legacy API Payments will temporarily be offline during this maintenance window for up to 3 hrs. This may also affect new Partner Portal and Sandbox account creation during this maintenance window.

Services: The following service will be impacted during these intervals:

Sandbox MYeWAY Portal, Sandbox Rapid API payments, Sandbox Legacy API payments, Partner Portal and Sandbox account creation.

During these maintenance points only, the Sandbox MYeWAY portal will not be available. Sandbox API transactions/payments will not process and Partner Portal and Sandbox account creation may be affected.
