Investigating

Eway is currently experiencing an intermittent disruption to our Gateway API payment service due to an issue with one of our upstream providers. As a result, some transactions may fail with a dishonour response code ‘W9’ .
This issue is primarily impacting New Zealand gateway merchants using acquiring banks connected via the Worldpay/Paymark integration. Affected financial institutions include BNZ, ASB, ANZ, Westpac NZ, NAB, and National NZ.

Our team is actively working with the upstream vendor to resolve the issue and will provide further updates as soon as they become available.
