The Eway support teams have completed the recovery of affected services and are now performing validation tasks, including ongoing monitoring. The 3DS transaction approval rate has returned to normal levels.

Note: Some transactions may still be declined with an R1 error. however, these are valid declines.

We are currently experiencing a Intermittent service interruption which is impacting 3D Secure payment processing. This is resulting in an transactions being declined with a R1 response.

The issue is being worked on urgently by our system engineers and we will follow up ASAP with an update.
