Eway experienced an unexpected disruption to our Rapid API payment service due to an issue with one of our upstream providers. This issue primarily impacted gateway merchants that use an acquiring bank supported via the MPGS bank connector. The Performance degradation started around 5:40 PM AEST which continued for about an hour.

The vendor support team have confirmed the Incident has been fully resolved. Eway Teams will perform a reconciliation of the failed transactions in the next 24 hours and the appropriate transaction status will be updated.
