Monitoring
Eway is currently monitoring an unexpected disruption to our Rapid API payment service due to an issue with one of our upstream providers. This issue started at 12:20 PM AEST and impacted gateway merchants that use an acquiring bank supported via the MPGS bank connector. These financial institutions are CBA and Bendigo Bank.

We are currently in contact with the vendor and waiting confirmation this has been resolved, however our system monitoring shows payment processing has resumed successfully for this gateway at 12:40 PM.
