Eway is currently Investigating Intermittent issues with transactions failing with a 06 Error response code from a downstream payment gateway service provider. This issue is primarily impacting gateway merchants that use an acquiring bank supported via the Cybersource bank connector.

We will follow up ASAP with a full confirmation of service impact and remediation status
