eWAY wish to advise merchants and partners of scheduled maintenance activity as follows:
Environment: Production Date: Tuesday, 16th July Time: 23:30pm - 1:30am (AEST) Impact: Payment processing will continue as normal throughout the 2 hour change window, however there will be a brief interruption of up to 10 mins which may impact transactions processing.
Services: The following service will be impacted during these intervals:
New Zealand Transaction processing via APIs or via MYeWAY
During this maintenance window only, transactions may not work until the change has been applied. These attempts will not be queued and have to be resubmitted.
