Eway is currently investigating a potential service disruption to some payments services. This issue is primarily impacting gateway merchants that use an acquiring bank supported via the MPGS bank connector. These financial institutions are CBA and Tyro.

We will follow up ASAP with a full confirmation of service impact and remediation status
