eWAY wish to advise clients and partners of scheduled maintenance activity as follows:

Change: Disaster Recovery Test
Environment: Production
Date: Saturday 11 July 2020
Time: 05:00 AM - 06:00 AM (AEDT)

Impact: During this change window there will be two time blocks of up to 5 minutes where services may experience downtime. During this time, any transactions that error will need to be re-submitted.

Services: The following services will be impacted during this change period:

RAPID API's - Real-Time Payment Processing
XML Gateways - Real-Time Payment Processing
MYeWAY - Reporting Portal

This maintenance is a mandatory compliance test which eWAY performs on an annual basis to ensure our DR systems are regularly reviewed.
