Eway would like to advise our merchants of upcoming maintenance by a key upstream provider of our Gateway services. We have been advised there may be an outage of up to five minutes during the change window, as connectivity is failed over to new infrastructure in our providers data centre.

This will impact clients using any of the following financial institutions for their merchant services.
NAB, Westpac, St George, ANZ, BankWest, Macquarie, Bank of Melbourne, CitiBank & JP Morgan

We appreciate your understanding as our upstream partner completes this necessary maintenance.
