Eway monitoring systems indicate that performance has returned to normal and payment processing via our partner gateway has been restored.

A reconciliation of the failed transactions will be carried out to confirm their status on the gateway platform. Due to the high volume of rejections, the reconciliation process will be finished by the next business day.

Investigating

Eway is currently experiencing an unexpected disruption to our API payment service. This issue is primarily impacting gateway merchants that use an acquiring bank supported via the Fiserv bank connector. These financial institutions are NAB, Westpac, St George, ANZ, BankWest, Macquarie, Bank of Melbourne, CitiBank & JP Morgan.

We will follow up ASAP with a full confirmation of service impact and remediation status
