Monitoring

We have made adjustments to the MYeWAY service, and are now monitoring the results before flagging this as resolved.

We will provide further updates as we continue to monitor the situation.

Investigating

We have received reports of errors when attempting to process Manual Payments or recharge existing transactions in MYeWAY. The errors at this stage appear to be intermittent. We are currently investigating the situation and will provide updates as they become available.
